Kindergarten Registration Information

Kindergarten Registration will take place on April 4th - 8th from 8:30AM - 11:30AM. The following information will be needed in order to complete the registration process:

For the child:  (1) Blue Immunization Form (2) Birth Certificate (3) Social Security Card

For the parent: (1) Driver's License (2) 2 Current Proofs of Residence (power, water and/or gas bills) (3) Lease, deed or yellow tax card (4) Custody Papers if needed

2nd Party Information (You live with someone else)

At least 3 of the following must be submitted in addition to the above:

W-2

Pay Stub

Bank statement

Car tag notice

Car insurance

Last utilities where it has been disconnected

These proofs should show the address of the home in which you are living.
